They do not sell to the public, walking in is not a right, and a map listing does not verify an organisation’s legal status, admission rules or even its current address. Treat every result as unverified until you have checked it against the organisation’s official channels.
What exists instead: private associations
Spain’s Organic Law on Associations allows private associations, which remain subject to the entire legal order — registration is not a licence for every activity. Some associations are related to cannabis; how each one operates depends on its statutes, its internal policy and the law as applied to its actual conduct. - There is no access without membership, and an application is not admission. Each organisation applies its own current rules.
- “Private”, “registered” or “members only” are descriptions, not proof of legality. Criminal Code article 368 still governs cultivation, trafficking, promotion and facilitation.

- Street promoters offering to take you to a “dispensary” or sell an “instant membership”. No legitimate association needs them.
